Our team of business analysts (BAs) and quality assurance engineers (QAs) are at the heart of what we do. The role of a BA is to elicit requirements from the client and elaborate on them in a way that creates a concise, consistent software application. QAs primary role is to maintain quality after the development process by testing and confirming requirements and edge cases.

Technology and approach

Vokke focuses primarily on the following key approaches: Agile (Scrum) with stand ups, retrospective meetings, refined task boards in YouTrack, requirements design processes and Figma for mock ups.  QAs control the final quality assessment and provide the “green light” for deployments to proceed.
